IRAL STAR Competition - How to Enter
Eligibility requirements and general rules for participating in the IRAL STAR competition. participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance by each participant of the rules herein, which are final on all matters relating to the contest. If you plan to enter the audition, please read carefully, and fill out the following:

Fill out the digital registration form
Digitally sign and fill out the release form.

How to Enter – 2021 Registration Instructions
1. Auditions are open to Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Manitoba and British Columbia, Canada.
2. Contestants must have a song prepared for their audition video in either .mp4, or .mov formats.
3. Record a 1:30-2:00 minute audition video of you singing a song in either the Reggae, African, or Latino genres ONLY. Submissions of performances of any other music genres will not be accepted and will be deemed disqualified.
4. You may introduce yourself and let viewers know something about yourself within the 2-minute limit requirement.
5. You may play an instrument or an instrumental track in your video submission within the 2-minute limit requirement.
6. You may only submit one video.
7. Fill out the registration form on website and provide any other supporting documentation requested when prompted.
8. Upload your video to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc and paste the link of your video when prompted or click

For residents in Manitoba: January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021 at 11:59 pm C.S.T. All entries must be submitted by February 15, 2021 at 11:59 pm C.S.T.
For residents in British Columbia: TBA

11. Once your video is uploaded to either IRAL's Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube account, you may share the video and must Tag @iralfest to your video post with the following required hashtags: #iralmusicartsfest #iralstar
